Does MostlySign charge overage fees for extra documents?

No. Paid plans have no per-envelope cap and no overage billing, so sending more documents never costs more. The Free plan is the only tier with a document limit, and that limit is printed on its pricing card.

How many seats do MostlySign plans include?

Free is a single user. Pro is $12/mo ($10 billed annually) and includes 3 seats. Business is $29/mo ($24 billed annually) and includes 10 seats along with bulk send, the signing API and a DPA. SSO (SAML) and SCIM are coming soon. Larger teams should get in touch.

What happens to my signed documents if I cancel?

They remain yours and stay downloadable. Because the PAdES seal, the RFC 3161 timestamp and the audit trail are embedded in the PDF itself, a completed document stays verifiable in any compliant reader without a MostlySign account.

Are there really no envelope caps on paid plans?

Really. No per-envelope cap, no overage billing, no "fair use" clause waiting to be invoked. It's the one thing we will not change — a paid plan that counts envelopes is the pattern we exist to be an alternative to.

What if my team outgrows 10 seats?
